It's a full-body wellness session combining deep-penetrating infrared heat with red light therapy, designed to support detox, circulation, muscle recovery, and skin renewal, all in one enclosed pod.
Sessions run either 30 or 60 minutes, depending on what you book.
It's similar, but the heat penetrates more deeply and the pod adds red light therapy and gentle vibration on top of the heat, most clients find it more relaxing than a standard sauna.
Minimal clothing is recommended for full benefit from the heat and light therapy. You'll have privacy to change before your session.
Yes, this pairs well with ExoFreeze and BOA Lymphatic Drainage as part of a complete recovery plan.
As with any heat or light-based therapy, this isn't appropriate for pregnancy, certain skin conditions, or active infection. We'll review your health history before your first session.
For general wellness, weekly sessions are common. For recovery support after a body contouring treatment, your provider will recommend a schedule based on your plan.
